Queen Creek is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation and while we have maximized each foot of our building, it’s time we need more space! After over a year of planning, physical construction is finally beginning on our expansion!
This expansion will allow us to attract top veterinarians and support team members and give us much needed room to safely treat the pets of Queen Creek, Gilbert, San Tan Valley and the surrounding areas. We have prepared our construction team to attempt to minimize service interruption, but will do our best to update clients with any service disruptions. Our expansion will include an additional 4,000 sq feet of brand new and state of the art facilities, and will be happening in 3 phases.
Phase 1 is COMPLETE!
We will be adding additional parking and landscaping around the south part of our existing building. This will allow us to add 16 additional parking spots and address some rain drainage issues. This is expected to be complete in fall 2022.
Phase 2 is IN PROGRESS! We are adding a 4,400 sq foot expansion of our current building. Within this expansion we will have 12 exam rooms, a private end of life room, revamped reception area with quiet phone-op room, additional restrooms and a beautiful client coffee bar space. Behind the scenes will be a few additional patient treatment areas for minor procedures, increased pharmacy space, and state of the art work stations for our team. Noise reduction and patient and client comfort have been at the fore-front in creating this design, to ensure the best experience for everyone. We expect this expansion to be complete Fall 2023.
Phase 3 is a renovation of our current facilities. We’ll be ripping up our white tile floor (yay!), and redesigning the layout to accommodate our expanding team of veterinarians and support staff. We will have a large on site laboratory, bright and open treatment spaces, separate x-ray and ultrasound rooms, additional patient spaces, second surgery suite, dedicated team break room and so much more. Phase 3 is expected to be complete by the end of 2023.
